Meet the Founders
We’re Anggie and Loida; two proud Afro/Caribbean-Latinas, and moms.
Growing up, we came from a world where our curls, our coils, and our natural beauty were rarely represented in the spaces we looked up to; and the insecurities we carried were often passed down quietly, from generation to generation.
But today, we’re rewriting that story.
As mothers, we’re committed to giving our children a different beginning rooted in confidence, culture, and celebration. We want them to inherit a world that honors their beauty, instead of questioning it. A world where their hair isn’t something to “fix,” but something to love, nurture, and proudly wear.
Anggie’s Curls was born from that mission:
To create products that nourish, restore, and empower.
This brand is more than hair care.
It’s healing. It’s legacy.
Thank you for being part of this story, and for helping us create a world where every texture is seen, celebrated, and honored.
With love,
Anggie & Loida
